Juancho Dulay Barretto, PhD
Dr Juancho helps leaders think well.
He has been involved in leadership development for over two decades, coaching and mentoring key leaders through seasons and transitions.
His PhD in Leadership Studies centered on formative experiences of sustainability leaders. He has worked in the areas of power, agriculture, government relations, operations, marketing, quality management, education, and socio-civic volunteerism. By God's grace, he was a scholar for 15 years at the Philippine Science High School, the UP College of Business, UP Law, and the Ateneo de Manila University.

Liam transforms challenges into opportunities.
For almost 10 years, his experiences have developed strengths in strategy, sales, and service excellence. He has worked across manufacturing, retail, events, education, AI, and digital marketing. As a high-impact trainer with experience in leading student development, managing sales and operations, and designing impactful events, he empowers individuals and teams to achieve their goals. He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University’s BS Management Engineering program, cum laude, and has an Applied MBA program diploma.
