Liam makes things happen.

As an engineer of management, he brings nearly a decade of cross-industry experience—turning strategy into systems and ideas into action. 

His work spans manufacturing, retail, micro financing, events, education, AI, digital marketing, all while staying anchored in service excellence.

Whether mentoring student leaders, designing high-impact workshops, or running operations and sales teams, Liam empowers individuals and organizations to break through barriers and move forward with clarity. 

He graduated cum laude from Ateneo de Manila University’s BS Management Engineering program and completed an Applied MBA diploma program.

At Formacore, Liam blends sharp insight with energetic leadership—walking with Gen Z and Millennial leaders as they take bold steps into new seasons.

Dr Juancho helps leaders think. 

As a doctor of leadership, he has spent over two decades walking with leaders through defining seasons—guiding them to lead with clarity, depth, and conviction. 

His PhD in Leadership Studies focused on how formative experiences shape sustainability leaders—not just in what they do, but in who they become.

Grounded in both heart and strategy, Juancho has worked across sectors: power, agriculture, government relations, education, marketing, operations, social impact, and good governance. 

By God’s grace, he was a scholar for 15 years, completing formative stints at the Philippine Science High School, the UP College of Business, UP Law, and the Ateneo de Manila University.

Today, he continues to design spaces where next-generation leaders can pause, reflect, and prepare for what’s next—with wisdom, courage, and a sense of calling.
