Vision

Dr Juancho helps leaders think. 

As a doctor of leadership, he has spent over two decades walking with leaders through defining seasons—guiding them to lead with clarity, depth, and conviction. 

His PhD in Leadership Studies focused on how formative experiences shape sustainability leaders—not just in what they do, but in who they become.

Grounded in both heart and strategy, Juancho has worked across sectors: power, agriculture, government relations, education, marketing, operations, social impact, and good governance. 

By God’s grace, he was a scholar for 15 years, completing formative stints at the Philippine Science High School, the UP College of Business, UP Law, and the Ateneo de Manila University.

Today, he continues to design spaces where next-generation leaders can pause, reflect, and prepare for what’s next—with wisdom, courage, and a sense of calling.
