One session, once a month, all year round.

Join us for a recurring curriculum of six leadership workshops, each shaped around a provocative question leaders often wrestle with privately. Leaders can join any session, at any point in the cycle.

1. Am I really ready to lead—or just hoping I am?

A foundational session on stepping into leadership with clarity, influence, and maturity.
