Next Steps

Our journey together begins with an Exploratory Session. In this 45-minute session, we will meet via Zoom to get to know each other better, understand your personal and organizational contexts, exchange ideas, and figure out collaboratively how we can help support you. This sets the foundation of our relationship, ensuring that we are aligned from the very start. This session is completely free of charge.

We shall put together a  proposal that outlines our shared objectives and key commitments to reach those goals. You will review the terms and let us know if any revisions are necessary, so that our arrangements are always responsive to your needs. For your peace of mind, this will also contain the necessary privacy agreements.

Next, we shall conduct a Deep-Dive Needs Analysis, to more thoroughly understand your needs as a leader, as a team, and as an organization. Depending on the goals we set together, this step may involve interviews, surveys, observations, and other similar research methods. This cultural and leadership assessment will enable us to identify and build upon your  strengths and  growth areas.

We collaborate with you to define measurable outcomes (e.g. improving engagement, fostering innovation, enhancing leadership effectiveness, etc) to ensure our action plan directly makes a positive impact on your personal and/or organizational objectives. We then put this plan into action through  customized leadership workshops, retreats, one-on-ones, or a combination of these. Our tailored programs feature content and delivery formats specifically designed to resonate with you, ensuring meaningful and transformative experiences.

As we go and grow, it is possible that some needs, objectives, and preferences will change so we shall endeavor to consistently support your development.  To ensure that we are always aligned, we shall provide each other with continuous feedback throughout our engagement.
